What people actually ask before a rollout
The questions that come up in every first conversation, answered up front. Anything missing we answer in person.
- How long does the rollout take?
- ValueSpoc is usable straight away. There is nothing to install, and the structures from vision down to task are already in place. You enter your goals and initiatives and work with them.
- Who maintains the data?
- The people already working on the initiatives. Progress follows from task status, budget figures roll up the hierarchy, reports come out of the ongoing work. Benefit values are entered by whoever owns the benefit.
- When does the first proven value appear?
- As soon as a benefit has a plan, a measure and a first actual. That is a question of your measurement cycle, not of the software. The structure stands on day one, the proof grows with the measurement points.
- How much extra effort does this create?
- The intent is to replace effort rather than add it. Status reports, committee papers and portfolio overviews come out of the ongoing work. Where someone assembles figures from spreadsheets today, that step disappears.
- What will the works council say?
- The fair question is about monitoring behaviour and performance. ValueSpoc is built around initiatives, not people: person-level analysis can be disabled organisation-wide, the sentiment pulse is anonymous, and the audit trail exists to evidence decisions. We support the works agreement and supply the documents for it.
- Can we bring existing data across?
- Yes. Projects, tasks and structures can be imported, and Jira Cloud, ServiceNow and Microsoft Dataverse are connected. Every function is additionally available over REST interfaces described in OpenAPI.
- Is there a minimum term?
- No. The subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled monthly. A longer term is agreed only if you explicitly want one.
- What happens if we want to stop?
- All content can be exported in full over the REST interfaces, without our involvement. Running it in your own data centre is possible as an operations package.
