The questions before a rollout
The questions that come up in every first conversation, answered up front. Anything missing we answer in person.
- How long does the rollout take?
- ValueSpoc is usable from day one, with the structures from vision down to task already in place. How long the rollout takes depends on its scope and is set out in the offer.
- Who maintains the data?
- The people already working on the initiatives. Progress, budget and reports come out of their work, and whoever owns a benefit enters its values.
- When does the first evidenced value appear?
- As soon as a benefit has a plan, a measure and a first actual. The structure stands on day one, and the proof grows with every measurement.
- How much extra effort does this create?
- The effort moves into the ongoing work. Status reports, committee papers and overviews of all initiatives come out of it. Where someone assembles figures from spreadsheets today, that step disappears.
- What will the works council say?
- Progress, budget and benefit are held per initiative, and the sentiment pulse is anonymous. Utilisation per person is a separate module you switch on deliberately. We supply the documents for the works agreement.
- Can we bring existing data across?
- Yes. Projects, tasks and structures can be imported, and Jira Cloud, ServiceNow and Microsoft Dataverse are connected. The core objects are additionally available over REST interfaces described in OpenAPI.
- Is there a minimum term?
- Not on the monthly plan, which can be cancelled monthly. The yearly plan is 10% cheaper and runs twelve months. After that it renews only if you want it to.
- How do we get at our data?
- You export lists and reports at any time as Excel, CSV, PDF or PowerPoint. In Enterprise, the export of core objects over the REST interface and operation in your own data centre come on top.
