How it works
From profile to awarded project
Create a profile
You describe capabilities, industries and capacity. The profile is the basis for the matching.
Get invited
The matching suggests you when your capabilities fit the request. Buyers invite deliberately, including from their own network. You also find published requests in the portal.
Offer in structure
Your offer follows the structure of the request, which is what makes it comparable. Questions run through the platform in an orderly way.
A decision with a rationale
The award carries a rationale. The awarded tender becomes a project on the same platform, including a statement of work.

Offers are compared against the request's criteria, the scoring is documented and the decision carries a rationale.
No paid ranking
Visibility cannot be bought. The matching scores capabilities, not budgets.
Conflicts are declared
Anyone scoring an offer who is not impartial can declare it. The server blocks that person's scoring until somebody else resolves the declaration.
Success-based, nothing up front
Profile and participation cost nothing. A fee falls due for you once, when you win the award, staged by contract volume and computed server-side from your offer.
Your client stays your client
Invoices, day rates and milestones of the delivery phase run directly between you and your client. ValueSpoc takes no share of them.
