Both products follow a simple pricing logic. We prepare a concrete offer based on your setup, with no hidden items.
The platform

Entry

The platform is provided as modules you activate, each for the whole organisation. You switch on what you actually use, and extend when the need grows.
List price excluding VAT for the Foundation plan, ten percent lower when paid annually. Professional and Enterprise are cut larger. Which plan fits you is settled in conversation.
Design partners
Design partners pay nothing for the first month and €490 per month after that. The programme is limited.

Success-based
Getting started is free, with usage limits. A fee falls due once, on a successful award, staged by order volume. We set up your access after a short conversation, and the free starter package applies from day one.

The fee falls due once, on award, and is borne by the awarded provider. This table is fed from the same configuration as the calculation in the product.

- What does the platform actually cost in the end?
- The entry price above is the list price of the smallest plan. What you pay depends on how many modules are active and how widely it is used. It grows through modules, not through hidden items: there is no setup fee, no per-report fee and no share of your project budgets.
- Does ValueSpoc take a share of running projects?
- No. The marketplace fee falls due once, on award, and only then. Invoices, day rates and milestones during delivery run directly between you and the provider.
- Can we start with a subset of modules?
- Yes. Modules are activated at organisation level and can be added one at a time. The boundaries are enforced on the server, so you demonstrably pay only for what is switched on.
- Is there a minimum term?
- No. The subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled monthly. A longer term is agreed only if you explicitly want one.
