ValueSpoc Marketplace

Awarding work to your own providers, in order and on record

You invite the consultancies, agencies and freelancers you already work with, and ValueSpoc supplies the procedure. Structured request, comparable offers, reasoned award. And the awarded tender becomes a project on the same platform.

1

Describe the need

Create a structured request: as information, as a call for offers, or as a quick request for small needs.

2

Invite providers

You invite the providers from your own network to the request. On top of that the platform scores capability profiles and suggests further matching providers from the open network.

3

Receive offers

Providers submit structured, comparable offers, with questions handled in an orderly way.

4

Award traceably

Comparison against clear criteria, award with reasoning and a complete history.

5

Start the project

The awarded tender becomes a project at the press of a button, statement of work included.

After the award, work continues on the same platform. Requirements, offer, budget and schedule are carried into the project without being entered again. The context is preserved.

Quick Request

Small needs in days, not weeks

For short-notice consultants, workshops or expert assignments: create a request in minutes, invite up to five providers specifically, choose a fixed response window of 24, 48 or 72 hours. No public broadcast, only invited providers.

All responses sit side by side in a comparison matrix, one column per provider, exportable as Excel, CSV or PDF. For large and formal procurement, the full tender remains the right channel.

Provider network

Beyond your own network

From day one the Marketplace works with the providers you invite yourself. That needs nobody but you and your partners, and that is what the process was built for.

In parallel we are building the open network through which providers put themselves forward and are suggested for matching requests.

Fair procedures

Decision quality instead of price war

Reasoned award

Every award carries a reason. Status and phase transitions are recorded with person and timestamp, and corrections go through new entries rather than through editing what is already there.

Second pair of eyes

A tender can be approved by a second person before it is published. Whoever wrote it cannot approve it themselves, and that is enforced on the server.

Conflicts of interest are declared

Anyone scoring an offer can declare that they are not impartial. While the declaration stands, the server rejects every score from that person. Only somebody else may clear it.

Paid on success

A fee falls due once, on a successful award, and is carried by the awarded provider. Ongoing payments during delivery run between you and the provider, outside the platform. ValueSpoc takes no share of them.

Couples with the platform

Anyone using the ValueSpoc platform can start a tender directly from a strategic initiative. Need, award and delivered result then sit in the same picture in which everything else is measured.

For providers

How providers take part

Consultancies, agencies and freelancers create a profile with their competencies and are invited to matching requests.

Offers are compared against named criteria, and the decision carries a rationale. There is no paid ranking, the matching scores competencies.
