Pilot engagement

Three months after which you know where money and people work

You choose one of your own initiatives or programmes. Three months with the full scope of Professional, set-up in the first week.

What the three months are about

At the end, budget and people sit with the initiatives that work. Collecting status falls away along the way.

Set priorities with reasons

Every initiative is tied to a goal, from the vision to the task. You see what contributes to what.

Shorter coordination rounds

Everyone sees the same state, with budget, spend and estimate at completion. Capacity conflicts are visible across all initiatives.

Adjust where it pays off

Every benefit has a baseline, a forecast and an actual. The realisation index shows per initiative and programme how much of it has arrived.

Twelve initiatives after the strategy offsite and the question of which of them work. Names and figures are examples, prices are the net list prices.

An example

After three months you see how much budget sat in initiatives without a goal, where people were overloaded and how fast decisions are made, measured against the start. In the example, a programme with five projects is in the system in the first week. If no suitable initiative is running with you yet, we start with a new one.

What you get

Professional at the pilot price

€990 per month for three months, €2,970 plus VAT in total. There is no set-up fee. Onboarding and training are included.

Set up in the first week

Goals, initiatives, people, budgets and measures with a baseline are taken over together with you from the documents you already have.

One shared state from the second week

Everyone involved works from the same state. The aim is to steer budget and time to where they work, and to decide faster.

Documents for your procurement

We provide the specification, the price sheet and the contract documents in advance. Scope, price and end date are fixed.

What we need from you

An initiative or an area

A programme with several projects or a single project, running or planned.

One contact

Someone who can take decisions in the pilot and has time for a weekly check-in.

The people involved

Owners, dates and budgets in the form you have them today.

How it runs

  1. 1

    Conversation

45 minutes on your initiative and on what costs you the most time in steering today.

  2. 2

    Set up

Goals, initiatives, people and measures go into the system. Training takes place in the same week.

  3. 3

    Work

The team steers the initiatives in the system, accompanied by a short weekly check-in with us.

  4. 4

    Review and decision

You decide on measured change. Budget without a goal, capacity, time to decision and benefits are compared with the start. Afterwards you can become a design partner.

For procurement

The pilot engagement has a fixed scope, a fixed price and a fixed end date. The procurement documents are available in advance.
