The benefit of AI cannot be measured in euros.: It does not have to be. A benefit carries its own unit, such as avoided downtime hours or lead time, and is measured against its baseline.
Our AI initiatives are still pilots.: A pilot with a named benefit shows after a few measurements whether to roll it out, adjust it or end it.
